As the year and decade comes to a close, I want to send you all my sincere best wishes for the future. I hope you find time to reflect on this past year and decade and look to the new year as a fresh start and a hopeful beginning. 

Here is one verse that always encourages me and I hope it speaks to you. 

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. 

One more thing. I just watched a beautiful series on Amazon called Modern Love. Give yourself a Christmas gift of watching this poignant series that explores love and relationships. One episode in particular with Anne Hathaway knocked it out of the park on its portrayal of the impact of mental health on relationships.
