Step Away. Renew Perspective. Jumpstart Meaningful Change.
Sometimes the challenges we face in our relationships or personal lives require more than a traditional weekly therapy session.
Private therapy retreats provide the opportunity to step away from daily distractions and focus deeply on the patterns, experiences, and decisions that matter most.
Through extended, personalized sessions in a peaceful natural setting, retreat participants are able to slow down, gain clarity, and begin transforming patterns that may have felt stuck for months or even years.
Many individuals and couples find that a focused retreat allows them to make more progress in a few days than months of traditional weekly therapy.
A Private and Personalized Experience
Each retreat is designed for one individual or one couple at a time.
Unlike many retreat programs that involve groups, these retreats provide a completely private therapeutic experience tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and hopes for change.
This format allows us to:
• explore important issues in greater depth
• stay engaged in meaningful emotional work without interruption
• develop practical tools for lasting change
• create momentum that helps jumpstart progress and renewal
The retreat experience combines the depth of therapy with the focused attention needed to transform patterns and move forward with greater clarity.
A Peaceful Mountain Setting
Retreats take place on a private 10-acre property in the Sierra foothills of Northern California, approximately 2½ hours from the San Francisco Bay Area.
The natural setting provides a quiet environment for reflection and deeper insight. Time away from everyday routines often helps people gain new perspective and renewed emotional clarity.
The retreat experience includes comfortable lodging, nourishing meals, and time between sessions for reflection and integration.
Who Therapy Retreats Are For
People often choose a therapy retreat when they:
• feel stuck in repeating patterns
• want to rebuild trust or improve communication in their relationship
• need focused time to process difficult life experiences
• are navigating an important life transition or decision

Retreats are designed for individuals and couples who are motivated to engage deeply in the process of healing, understanding, and change.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has spent many years helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
While weekly therapy can be valuable, some situations benefit from focused time and sustained attention. Therapy retreats allow clients to engage more deeply in the work of healing and transformation in a supportive and structured environment.
