A Peaceful Setting for Reflection and Renewal

Therapy retreats take place on a private 10-acre property in the Sierra foothills of Northern California, approximately 2½ hours from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Surrounded by trees and open space, the property provides a quiet environment where individuals and couples can step away from the demands of everyday life and focus deeply on healing, reflection, and meaningful change.

Many guests find that being immersed in nature helps them slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters most.

A Restorative Natural Environment

The property includes peaceful nature trails that wind through the land, offering opportunities for quiet walks and reflection between therapy sessions.

Time in nature often becomes an important part of the retreat experience. Walking the trails, sitting outdoors, or simply enjoying the stillness of the surroundings allows many guests to process insights and deepen the work that takes place during sessions.

For many people, the natural environment helps create the space needed to gain renewed clarity and emotional perspective.

Comfortable and Spacious Accommodations

Retreat participants stay in a comfortable and spacious three-bedroom home on the property, designed to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment throughout the retreat.

The home features an open and airy layout, comfortable bedrooms, and quiet spaces for rest and reflection between sessions.

The goal is to create a setting where guests can truly step away from daily stress and focus fully on the work of healing and growth.

Optional Cabin Retreat Add-On

For those who would like additional private time for reflection, a cozy cabin tucked among the trees is available as an optional add-on.

The cabin offers a peaceful place for journaling, reading, or simply enjoying time away in the woods—an inviting space to slow down and integrate the retreat experience.

Time to Rest, Reflect, and Recharge

Between therapy sessions, guests have time to rest, reflect, and integrate the work of the retreat.

The property includes a hot tub overlooking the natural surroundings, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of meaningful conversations and emotional work.

Evenings can be especially peaceful on the property. Two separate outdoor firepit areas provide cozy gathering spaces for quiet conversation, reflection, or simply enjoying the evening air. Guests often relax by the fire with refreshments, warm drinks, and s’mores, creating a comfortable atmosphere that encourages connection and unwinding at the end of the day.

Nourishing Home-Cooked Meals

Retreats include delicious home-cooked meals prepared on site, designed to provide both comfort and nourishment during your stay.

Meals often feature fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes along with welcoming touches such as beautiful charcuterie boards and shared dinners that create a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Sharing good food in a peaceful setting helps guests feel cared for and supported throughout the retreat experience.

A Space Designed for Meaningful Change

The retreat environment is intentionally designed to provide both comfort and quiet, allowing individuals and couples to step away from everyday routines and focus fully on healing, understanding, and growth.

For many people, the combination of focused therapeutic work, restorative nature, and a welcoming retreat environment creates the conditions for renewed perspective and meaningful change.
